About Us:

Plumbing Central is a growing strata plumbing business based in Alexandria. Our customer base is continuing to grow, so we are now recruiting a hard-working office receptionist and scheduler to join our family-oriented team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a casual office support assistant, to manage reception and job scheduling duties within our company.

Minimum of 2 years of office support or receptionist experience is essential

The role will initially be for 2 to 3 days, with the possibility of being converted to a full-time role.

This role will involve:

Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

Working closely with strata manager, contractors and property managers

Dealing with email enquiries

Booking and scheduling appointments with clients

Rostering the plumbing team into jobs


To be successful in this role, you will have

Excellent computer skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Experience managing competing tasks and working to tight deadlines

Experience with the AroFlow system or any other scheduling software is preferable

Ability to adapt and take on additional tasks as required
