Quality/Customer Service Officer Job Vacancy in NSW-Sydney Australia

Job Title:Quality/Customer Service Officer.

Description;

Reputable company and a leader in support leading fast food and FMCG industries are seeking an experienced Quality/Customer Service Officer to join their busy team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Customer Service and overseeing the company complaints register
-Administer the customer complaint management system
- Administration support to the Quality Assurance Team
- Order entry and general administration

The successful applicant will have previous experience with Quality Assurance in a Customer Service and Complaints Handling role. Previous experience in the FMCG and/or manufacturing industries would be highly regarded. You will need Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting, macros), experience using a sales database and experience interacting with people on all levels.

You will have clear communication skills, be reliable, honest and trustworthy and be a team player.
