Job Title:Administration Assistant.
Description;
A Business in Mount Gambier requires an Administration Assistant with a focus on the reception area and customer service. Duties will include handling front counter enquires, telephone enquiries, word processing and data entry, cash handling and banking duties, job cost coding accounts, purchase orders, filing and other duties as required. Position will entitle using in-house computer programs and the position is fulltime Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays on a roster system. Suitable applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with knowledge and experience in Office programs word, excel, PowerPoint, electronic funds transfer and emails. Applicant must be able to prioritize tasks, ability to schedule work priorities, excellent time management skills and be self-motivated.
