Little Possums is a family owned Long Day Care Centre and Preschool, who provide quality, reliable care for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years. Little Possums has an exciting opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher to work in their newly established childcare centre in Warren, NSW. The Early Childhood Teacher will report into the newly appointed Director, and be responsible for managing the Preschool Room (3 -5 years old). This includes overseeing the children, program, staff, safety and environment. To be considered for the Early Childhood Teacher role, you'll need tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education, along with demonstrable experience in planning and implementing an early years curriculum, although recent graduates are also welcome to apply. You'll possess a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework, and will conduct yourself at all times in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010, the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 and the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.
