Job Title:Agent Coordinator.
Description;
Duties:
"Provide training and support to Agent Specified Personnel and Access Point sites (over the phone and in person)Provide general advice and information on new and ongoing initiativesPromote and support customer self service initiativesProvide Agents and Access Points with up to date forms, brochures and publicationsMaintain Agent and Access Point equipment (PC's, internet, phone lines, phones and faxes)Be responsible for relationship / stakeholder management".
Notes:
A current and continuing drivers licence is essential. This position involves extensive travel to remote communities.
Details;
Location: NT - ALICE SPRINGS.
Salary: $67668-$73017.
Work type: Full time position, 35 hours or more per week.
Tenancy: Temporary, <6 months.
Number of positions: 1.
