Duties:
"The Ministerial Correspondence Team is responsible for the provision of high quality, timely correspondence for the Minister for Human Services and the Department. The work of the Ministerial Correspondence Team requires an administration officer who can think strategically, prioritise and action large workloads, and implement workflow processes to ensure team outcomes are achieved.register, prioritise and dispatch Department of Human Services Ministerial and Executive correspondence, using Slipstream, the parliamentary workflow system;establish and maintain confidential electronic and paper records and use Slipstream to monitor case progress and timeliness;liaise with internal and external stakeholders to request briefs and information to resolve customer issues and obtain information for responses to customers or MPs;advise relevant internal stakeholders of any major delays in processes
