"The Ministerial Correspondence Team is responsible for the provision of high quality, timely correspondence for the Minister for Human Services and the Department. The work of the Ministerial Correspondence Team requires writers and administrative officers who can ensure robust investigation of and response to customer complaints to support improved service outcomes.provide very quality written responses to complaints escalated through Members of Parliament and the Minister for Human Services within a time pressured environment;assist in identifying systemic trends arising from complaints received through Ministerial correspondence;develop and maintain a standard/ approved words library for use in correspondence;maintain effective record keeping processes for Ministerial Correspondence;liaise and communicate with the Service Delivery Network and Business stakeholders;drive, monitor and report on p...
