What you'll need to succeed to be considered for this role:
To be considered for this role, you must have tertiary qualifications and 3-5 years’ demonstrated experience working as a Contract Administrator. You will have basic knowledge of contracts and be a highly motivated individual with outstanding written and verbal skills. You will have strong time management skills, exceptional focus on details and a great work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
*Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
*Liaise between parties regarding contract development and negotiations regarding terms and conditions, and revise changes as required.
*Recognise potential risks and recommend suitable strategies for mitigating those risks in contracts.
*Track and report on contract performance, and ensure compliance with contractual agreement and reporting on any variations.
*Effectively manage and pursue resolutions for any contract-related disputes or conflicts.
*Collect and Manage all contract documentation ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
*Establish contract management system, sort out, file and keep contracts under classification.
