Yummy Food Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team.


You will have a Restaurant Manager background and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.


Duties:


*Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations

*Collaborate with chefs to plan menus that resonate with current culinary trends and customer preferences

*Train and supervise both kitchen staff and wait staff, providing necessary feedback

*Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations

*Maintain safe working conditions

*Oversee the entire supply chain, from procurement to pricing strategies, according to budget

*Communicate with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service

*Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies,

*Maintain comprehensive records of inventory levels and financial transactions

*Plan and organize special functions

*Optionally manage reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders


Requirements:
