 About The Role

Reporting to the director, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective function of software by performing routine analysis and maintenance, analyzing needs of users, giving advice relating to existing software and collaborating with the other team to achieve the goals of engineering projects. With the ability to explain complex technical language to stakeholders, you are articulate with a customer centric approach to problem solving. More details listed below:

*Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures

*Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems or applications, enhancing the technology by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems

*Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code change

*Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs

*Investigating and protecting the system from cyber attacking.

*Providing written knowledge transfer material, such as advice, guidance, proposals and strategies 

About You:

We’re looking for a Software Engineer, who will help build fault-tolerant, scalable solutions and automate as many of the things as possible to help grow. 

To be successful, we think you'll need 

*The highest levels of personal integrity and behavior

*Tertiary qualifications in a discipline majorly relating to software engineering

*Knowledge and experience in Machine Learning area

*Demonstrated experience in Visual Studio, Version Control with GIT, Object Oriented   Design and      Windows Forms

*Exposure and understanding of Python#, C++

*Proven experience in technical document writing

*A track record of delivering value-add impact in a fast-paced dynamic environment

*Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to show initiative and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

*Excellent and skillful communication ability with clients of Chinese Background

*At least three years related work experience

*Accept being assigned to work overseas

*English and Mandarin language skill is a must
