Base pay Above avg. $70,000 - $70,999

Just Cuts Greensborough is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic senior hairdresser to become an integral part of our vibrant team. Situated in a bustling suburban salon, we pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly and enjoyable work environment. Our commitment to continuous training and development encompasses all facets of hairdressing.

Tasks:

*Have good conversations with clients to understand what they want for their hair. Give them advice on styles, cuts, and treatments.

*Knowledge of hairdressing & styling products and the ability to use that knowledge to explain the process to clients.

*Use different techniques to cut and style.

*The ability to provide clients with hair services at a high level.

*Keep your work area, tools, and the salon clean and neat. This is important for keeping everything hygienic.

*Make sure appointments are organized. Make it easy for clients to come in and get their hair done.

*Be a good team player. Work with your colleagues to create a happy and positive atmosphere in the salon.

*A social media presence or examples of your work is a bonus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

*Formal qualification in hairdressing (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent).

*Proven experience as a Hairdresser.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
