To work in a smash repair business. You will be the only on-site office person with main purpose of customer point of contact. duties will include:


*Talking to customers and determining if they need to go through insurance

*Helping customers lodge insurance claim

*Handle electronic communication between insurance, workshop and customer

*Take images necessary for insurance and workshop

*Communicate with customer through out repair process

*Data entry necessary information to make repair process possible

*Communicate and data entry for head office

*Provide a clean, safe and friendly work area
