Are you a solutions orientated, self driven and highly effective EA/PA looking for a rewarding newly created role that you can make your own?
Supporting the HBS Asia Pacific General Manager, Global Marketing Leader and Asia Pacific Project Leader, you will proactively manage the executive schedules to meet business requirements and commitments, manage all administration required along with take charge of the co-ordination of business projects on behalf of the leadership team.
Additionally, you will add value as you
• Consolidate information for drafting of business communications for release to individuals, groups or the organisation in conjunction with Marketing and Communications
• Ensure appropriate records and reports required by your Stakeholders are prepared in an appropriate format and on a timely basis
• Drive the effective running and coordination of leadership meetings – including the consolidation of relevant business information, transcribing and distribution of meeting minutes
• Set up and review administrative practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow and reporting procedures
• Ensure the appropriate flow, collection and archiving of key business information

This is a role where initiative, ability to manage via influence and absolute discretion is required. Additionally to be successful in this role you must also hold
• Minimum 5 years solid P/A experience in a large global or multinational company
• Solid understanding of business processes and systems
• Previous experience in supporting and directing a team of administrators is preferred
• Advanced IT skills including MS Office, database and system administration.
• Advanced project management and event management skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• High level organisation skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and drive team effectiveness
• Assertive yet diplomatic
• Mandarin speaking skills highly regarded
