We currently have two opportunities available for a Business Relationship Analyst to join AGL's Retail Operations business group within the Revenue Assurance and Networks team based in Melbourne. The primary function of this team is to support the Strategy Manager's development of an engagement and management framework for the Network Service Providers (NSP's), inline with AGL's strategic objectives.
These are newly created roles within the business group which have been identified as a pivotal step towards achieving a strategic Network Service Provider (NSP) framework in order to strengthen AGL's relationships with their distributors. Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, these roles will undertake the necessary research for establishing and maintaining an up to date framework.

This role will also encompass the following responsibilities:
• Maintaining direct contact with the distributors to develop and maintain important industry relationships;
• Proactively contributing to and supporting the success of the overall team through the delivery of its aims, strategies and methodologies;
• Supporting and assisting the achievement of the wider team's financial targets;
• Performing required research to create and maintain an up to date strategic framework such as policy engagement documentation, business contact models and centralized information repository for the function; and
• Providing support to all other members of the Revenue Assurance and network teams and the wider AGL business.
• To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrated high degree of interpersonal flexibility and emotional intelligence in order to work across a multitude of key internal and external stakeholders both up to an executive level. Ideally from a large corporate environment, you will have a demonstrated background in business strategy and operational analysis and be tertiary qualified in a related relevant discipline.
