We currently have a vacancy as an Ecommerce Content Administrator. This is a unique opportunity to make this new role your own. As an Ecommerce Website Change Coordinator you will:
Assist the Ecommerce Sales & UX Team deliver necessary website changes as required
Work closely with Marketing to successfully process website content requests in a timely fashion
Identify opportunities to improve website usability and quote pathway outcomes
Work closely with Business Technology to successfully implement complex website changes
Work collaboratively with Risk and Compliance team for implementation for insurance wide legislative changes across all websites
This position will allow you to build relationships across a number of areas throughout Suncorp, participate in projects as well as gain knowledge on web analytics, website usability & design best practice.
To be successful you will:
• Be competent in Microsoft Office
• Be familiar with web technology
• Have an understanding of the importance of the customer's online experience
• Have strong written & communication skills
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Be experienced in working to deadlines
• Basic HTML Skills
Preferred skills:
• Understanding of design best practice
• Able to use Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Acrobat
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation
