We have a number of newly created permanent opportunities available for Premium New Connections Consultants to join the team in Melbourne. The Premium New Connections Consultants are responsible for working co-operatively with the sales team to drive the achievement of customer acquisition, revenue generation and long term goals in line with company strategy. Located in the Spencer Street office, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service representative to take the next step in their career!
These positions report directly to the Team Leader of the Premium New Connections team and are responsible for delivering a premium service to our major builders and customers who generate large volumes of new connections and alterations. This will be achieved by ensuring quality customer service is offered through case management and by actively monitoring requests to ensure agreed time frames are maintained. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to email enquiries, faxes, inboxes and after hours enquiries ensuring all records are up to date. These positions have the added responsibility of acting as an escalation point for solar metering and upgrade enquiries.
To be successful in this role, you will:
• Possess an excellent telephone manner with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Have proven customer service experience with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• Be proactive and target focused with a strong sense of timeliness
• Possess well developed problem solving skills
• Demonstrate high attention to detail
• Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Have intermediate PC skills that includes knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• The Premium New Connections team operates between Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and you must have flexibility to work an eight hour shift between these times.
