About the Opportunity
Due to current expansion within the organisation, Coronis currently has an exciting full time opportunity for Sales/Office Managers to join our team.
In this role, you will be directly supporting the sales team, and will be responsible for conducting general office duties and managing the day-to-day operational processes of the office.
This is a highly varied role ideal for a confident office all-rounder with strong administrative and team management skills, to work with a company that prides itself on delivering high quality services.
Some of your key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
• Providing a high level of administrative support to the sales team and all staff in the office;
• Maintaining compliance requirements are met for all staff;
• Ensuring the sales team follows Coronis' systems and processes effectively;
• Monitoring and keeping the sales team on track to achieve their KPI's; and
• Creating a positive working culture within the office.
To be successful, you will be well presented, with a positive work ethic and a "can do" attitude. Ideally, you'll be enthusiastic and self motivated, and will possess excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail, along with strong organisational and time management skills allowing you to prioritise your workload effectively and productively.
You'll be flexible, honest and reliable, and be able to work autonomously and in a team environment, ensuring you motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets.
Computer literacy skills are essential, particularly in regards to the Microsoft Office suite.
