Fulham Correctional Centre is located in Sale in Victoria, some 200km east of Melbourne.
Fulham has been continually managed by the GEO Group on behalf of Corrections Victoria since its opening in 1997.
Fulham's primary role is to reduce reoffending through the delivery of programs prescribed in prisoner's case management plans, preparing them for resettlement into the community. A maximum capacity of 893 beds, Fulham provides an alternate campus design to traditional prison layout encouraging best practice rehabilitation philosophies and strategies.

The Opportunity;
The Food Services Department requires enthusiastic and reliable people to provide and development a range of high quality food services in a hygienic, cost effective and nutritious manner to the staff and prisoners of the Fulham Correctional Centre.
The role reports to the Catering Supervisor and applicants are expected to have experience in a bulk cooking kitchen and will be required to work with and supervise prisoners in their kitchen duties.
