About the Benefits
The successful applicant will be offered a very attractive salary package of $80,000 - $100,000 including super plus the opportunity for an incentive based structure, as well as future additional earning opportunities.
You'll enjoy produce tours to meet oyster farmers, trout fishermen and the like, so that you can really be involved in the journey of your fresh produce from paddock to plate.
There is also the added possibility of an all expenses paid trip to USA to 'stagier' in some of the top restaurants in America!
Additionally, you will receive 4 weeks annual leave in addition to the produce tours and education trips to continually expand your expertise.
Importantly, you will be a major influence on building a brand new kitchen, the very heart and soul of a restaurant, so you will be able to use your experience and knowledge to make sure it's the kitchen of your dreams!

The company behind Sage has a once in a lifetime opportunity for a highly ambitious and innovative Head Chef to lead the kitchen in their brand new world class restaurant opening in Canberra's CBD.
Due to open in late November, the Head Chef will be responsible for leading this exciting new venture building a team, menu creation, kitchen fit-out, budgeting, stock control and reporting.
Opportunities also available for Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, Sushi Chef, Chef de Partie and Apprentices.
