Job Title:Regional Technical Sales Manager-Ruminant

Our Client is a global player in the field of developing and producing feed additives for animal production with a worldwide market presence in more than 100 countries.

Your responsibility:

*Demonstrate Ruminant nutrition expertise by using technical competency and relevant practical experience from the Ruminant industry to support and contribute to the Client’s business within the region
*Monitor and collate Ruminant production figures and market information within the region
*Sensitive to new or changing market trends or focus within the industry
*Support Ruminant trials and research by developing trial protocols and conducting data analysis
*Position the Company as a preferred supplier of feed additives within the Ruminant industry in Asia
*Problem-solving and addressing customers‘ concerns with regard to their use of the Client’s products
*Work closely with the sales force and local Technical Sales Managers from the Client’s business units and distribution networks across Asia
*Interact and build working relationships with academics, key opinion leaders and other members of the scientific community worldwide
*Work with Key Account Managers to implementing the Client’s strategic policies within the region

Our requirement:

*Recognised Degree in Veterinary Medicine / Animal Science / Agricultural Science / Nutrition or related subject
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Good presentation skills
*Ability to demonstrate effective persuasiveness with customers
*Willing to travel on a regular basis throughout Asia & within short notice
*Willingness to be based in Singapore or other locations in Asia
*Fluent in English and preferably another Asian language
*At least 5 years of relevant experience in Ruminant animal nutrition areas
