As a member of our team, you'll contribute to the support of a new, state-of-the-art military platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing Maritime business.
The position is accountable for:
• Contributing to the integrity of the configuration management system, including utilising and maintaining processes, procedures and tools
• Monitoring and contributing to the configuration change control process and changes affecting procedures and configuration documentation
• Preparing and delivering configuration management deliverables, including receipting and processing relevant data
• Identifying and investigating configuration management problems, processes, systems and tools and developing solutions
• Developing new functionality for the electronic configuration management support system
To be successful in this position you will possess:
•Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills with strong analytical and planning experience
• Significant configuration management experience within engineering or technical environments
• Substantial experience in the use of configuration management tools and databases
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a relevant field (highly desirable)
As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
