• Communicating with Sellers to ensure great sales outcomes
• Handling all buyer inquiry
• Showing property to potential buyers
• Selling Real Estate at least the minimum level of $66,000 bonusable dollars per quarter!
To be successful, you will be professionally presented with an enthusiastic, self motivated attitude! You're someone who is highly driven and thrives on the challenge and commitment required to exceed targets.
You'll be excited to put your exceptional people skills to the test as you take a proactive approach to maintaining a constant flow of new listings. Your ability to follow a clear and simple plan, one that moves you in the direction of your targets, will be supported by your strong organisational and time management skills.
You can take care of the sales and we'll provide staff to take care of your marketing, letterbox drops, valuation, pest and building inspections, signage, photography & floor plans.
