Essential Criteria for this role include:
-Weekly reporting of all sales business unit deliverables
-Provide mentoring, training, guidance and support to individual sales staff to achieve their KPIs
-Motivate both individuals and teams, to shape and implement business requirements
-Cultivate a customer focus culture
-Facilitate regular team meetings and chair workshops
-Commitment to quality, efficiency and delivering projects and tasks on time
You will be able to demonstrate the follow skills and attributes:
-A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
-Experienced in start-up software business
-Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment
-Experience in managing sales and operations staff in start-up divisions
-Proven time management and prioritization skills.
-Advance verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse audience
-Skills with clients to resolve customer issues and foster closer client relationships
