Job Description:
My client is a global leader within Financial Services, they are currently undertaking a number of key initiatives within the change space and as such, they are looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join there dynamic and performance driven team.

We have an initial 6 month contract available, with very likely renewals. The role is based in the CBD and can potentially lead to progression, variety and exposure to cross divisional teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
-3+ years Organisational Change Management experience
-Banking and finance experience preferable
-Project focused, understanding of the project life cycle and inter-dependencies
-Solid Communication experience, prepared and distributed training material
-Immaculate communication and presentation skills
