We are currently seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to join our Information Management Team at our global head office in Abbotsford.
The Information Management team provides reporting and analysis functions for Operations and the broader Computershare business in Australia. Reporting outputs include both internal reports, which are designed to aid in management decision making, and external client facing reports.
The key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
·Creating, updating and maintaining reports which are primarily Microsoft Excel based
·Understanding the drivers of business performance
·Positively contributing to quality, service delivery, cost management results and decision making
.Educating stakeholders on drivers of performance
.Communicating performance results to stakeholders
.Continuously improving approaches to understand, optimise, educate and communicate business performance.
·Assisting with ad-hoc projects and business change initiatives

·Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
·Excellent attention to detail

·Strong problem-solving capabilities
·Any experience (with a reporting focus) in the following applications: Avaya, Invision, NICE (preferable)
