Job Title: Data Administration Officer

Job Description:
We are pleased to welcome applications for a number of unique roles on a new and significant Naval support contract at Garden Island in Sydney.
As a member of our team, you'll contribute to the support of a new, state-of-the-art military platform.  This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing Maritime business.

The position is accountable for:
• Maintaining work orders
• Managing the Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) management system
• Providing effective support of production and timekeeping information in Kronos
• Preparing and contributing to the establishment of document control processes, instructions and procedures
• Providing and managing a data receipt and release system
• Ensuring system and data integrity by maintaining accurate and up to date systems and data

To be successful in this position you will possess:

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience with data and publications management
• Understanding of engineering processes and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and to process data in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
