This job is foryou if… As a seasoned Senior Project Officer, you'll come to us with "battle-proven" knowledge of project management processes, tools and techniques to use across a range of quality, risk and information management arenas You possess the experience and technical know-how to assist with large scale projects, with particular emphasis on serving the community. You will also be able to provide high-level advice and support to project team members and contribute to the development of project management methodologies and processes.
The role will require you to be responsible for:
* Leading strategic projects in consultation with key stakeholders
* Provide high level project management advice to portfolio staff managing projects
* Undertaking project planning, analysis and evaluating the impact of a project or initiative
* Develop, implement and monitor project services, in consultation with stakeholders
* Monitor systems to support compliance with funding agreements, legislative, regulatory, contract, and accreditation and policy requirements.
* Assist in the development of a suite of organisational performance measures
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated and proven experience in strategic and operational project management capacity
* Undertaken significant projects requiring the use of analytical skills and preparation of high level written reports with recommendations.
* Proven experience and skills in a diverse project management role.
* High level written and verbal communication skills as well as proven strengths in negotiation, collaboration, networking, report writing, lateral thinking and problem solving.
* Sound knowledge and experience in service integration strategies through project management
* High level knowledge of change management methodologies including sustainability methods
