Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Employer: Followmont Transport

Duty Station: Brisbane, QLD, Australia

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with major weekly accounts invoicing
• Reconciling and auditing accounts when required
• Processing and allocating credit card/ cheque and EFTPOS payments
• Handle customer enquiries with a high level of service
• Administrative tasks and occasional data entry
• Assisting the AR team as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High level of initiative and problem solving skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office Programs
• Previous experience in a similar role
