We currently have an opportunity for a Corporate Services Coordinator to join our Corporate Services Team in our Adelaide CBD office. The Corporate Services team provide specialised support to our clients when they undertake corporate actions or shareholder meetings. Our team is responsible for project managing these actions to ensure they are completed in accordance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

The Corporate Services Coordinator proactively facilitates the project, provides advice, resolves issues, and supports the Project Leader to ensure that clients experience a successful project outcome within the required time-frame.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

-Preparation of daily reporting;
-Reconciliation of data;
-Participation in project meetings to prepare scoping documents and project requirements;
-Management of outbound mailings for client company meetings with both internal and external service providers and stakeholders;
-Attending client company meetings;
-Involvement with IRS Tax processing and projects.

To be successful in this position you must have:

-Strong client management focus;
Ability to manage a challenging workload and to prioritise accordingly;
-Project co-ordination experience (either formally or informally);
-Excellent relationship building capabilities;
-Proven ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously;
-An attention to detail that provides high quality output;
-Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal;
-An ability to learn new IT systems and platforms quickly, and demonstrated confidence in using MS Office products;
-Proven planning and organisational skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines;
-Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Although some knowledge of corporate actions and the financial market will be looked upon favourably, more so will be your exceptional people skills, strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
