We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting and driving multiple large scale, concurrent, enterprise-level projects within our Global Development department.

The Position;

The position is required to coordinate projects & project teams, as well as liaise with internal stakeholders whilst maintaining a strategic business focus. The role provides exposure to global projects that may be short or long-term, across complex processes and system environments.

Main Responsibilities:

•Determining the Project Scope and ensuring the requirements are gathered and agreed
•Gaining Stakeholder approval and executive support
•Communicating to Stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
•Coordinate key milestones and tasks required to complete these milestones in a timely manner
•Ensuring the Project Budget is agreed to, monitored and controlled throughout the project lifecycle
•Identify, analyse and escalate key risks and issues associated with each initiative in their early stages and monitor throughout the project
•Generate and maintain management reporting, project management plans and other associated project documents, project schedules, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports              
•Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management (project change control)
•Develop communications strategy and tactical communications plan
•Change management
•Transitional projects
•Flexibility to travel if required

The Candidate;

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes/skills:

•Solid understanding of Project Methodologies and Lifecycles and the tools associated with supporting the project.
•Proven record of delivering large, long term complex projects on time, within scope and budget
•Ability to manage multiple large Application Development and/or Infrastructure projects
•Experience in managing large project teams of 50+ individuals
•High degree of self-direction, leadership and motivational skills
•Exceptional ability to negotiate and influence others
•Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational processes
•Highly developed problem solving and stakeholder management skills
•Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines/milestones
•Ability to work with demanding stakeholders located in Oceania, Europe and North America and develop strong working relationships
•Sound application of Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
