Job Title: Fleet Controller
Employer: Followmont Transport
Duty Station: Eagle Farm, QLD, Australia
Responsibilities and Duties :
• Allocating and monitoring pickups, freight bookings & allocations of loads/routes
• Monitoring driver performance and ensuring appropriate staffing levels
• Act as first point of contact for PUD drivers and identify training needs
• Assist the Operations Manager and Fleet Control team as required
Requirements:
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management skills and strong problem solving skills
• Sound geographical knowledge of Brisbane is advantageous
• Previous experience in the transport industry is essential
