RACQ has a tradition of excellent service to members and customers across Queensland. The Teleclaims Contact Centre is an integral part of the Claims Division of RACQ Insurance, providing the first point of contact for motor and household personal insurance claims.

As a Teleclaims Customer Service Officer, Level 1, you will provide members and customers a personal incident management service by raising their insurance claims in an accurate, efficient and timely manner in line with our ‘Quality Customer Service’ standards. As you will be joining a rotating roster team, you will need to be available from Mondays to Sundays including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

In this role you will:

• Gather relevant information in order to lodge insurance claims for RACQ Insurance customers
• Provide advice on the insurance claims process and requirements and aim to answer customer inquiries during their first call with us
• Organize and provide assistance for customers
• Provide a standard of customer service that exceeds the requirements of the Industry Code of Practice and Insurance Contracts Act
