About the Opportunities If you're a self-motivated 'go getter' committed to supporting the goals of disadvantaged Australians, STEPS has several opportunities for flexible Trainers - Language, Literacy and Numeracy to be based in either Derby (WA), Kununurra ( WA), Millingimbi (NT) or Hermannsburg, based at Alice Springs ( NT). The main aim of these roles is to develop and deliver contextualised, accredited Literacy and Numeracy training programs to disadvantaged jobseekers. These programs will be planned and delivered in accordance with the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) contract guidelines and the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and ACSF (Australian Core Skills Framework). These are rewarding and satisfying roles that will allow you to develop your training skills and expand your career opportunities.
