Based at our office in Port Melbourne, we have an opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join Computershare's Communication Services business.

The overall purpose of the Relationship Manager is to provide all clients in an allocated portfolio with a quality of service, product and innovation that is sustainable and meets and exceeds expectations.

Whilst not a sales role, the Relationship Manager works closely with the Sales Manager and Account Directors to identify, develop and convert opportunities within each client organisation.  This is achieved by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business and communications needs, successfully implementing solutions and sharing knowledge and client strategy to all stakeholders involved in the servicing of the client.

In particular, the Relationship Manager works closely with the Client Services Team as well as technology teams. It is therefore essential that as well as having excellent client service skills, the Relationship Manager is able to build strong, productive relationships within the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

•Manage and develop relationships with nominated clients through strategic account planning and execution
•Oversee the validation of client invoices
•Work with project managers to implement new client work
•Act as an escalation point in order to resolve client issues
•Complete Customer Analysis and Gap Analysis
•Respond to formal tenders and proposals
•Schedule and attend weekly, monthly and quarterly client meetings
•Liaise internally with stakeholders to communicate client requirements and seek input on capabilities
•Produce client reports

To be considered for this role you must have:

•An understanding of the print and communications  industry (preferable)
•A strong understanding of one or more of the follow industries: Superannuation, Insurance, Banking, Telecommunications.
•Exceptional communication and presentations skills
•Excellent customer service skills with experience managing long-term client relationships
•Strong track record of meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements
•Sound financial acumen in order to understand budgeting and forecasting
•Strong MS Office skills
•Strong leadership skills
•Demonstrated success in influencing, negotiating and collaborating with people within the business to achieve goals and arrive at the best solution
